Hello

Your findings suggests increased nuchal thickness of fetus. It should be below 5.0 mm.
This condition need special attention as it may be associated with down syndrome, edward syndrome etc.
This need corroboration with other investigations like beta-HCG estimation, pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A etc.
It is also important to know other findings like presence of nasal bones in ultrasound.
You may need first trimester anomaly screening. It estimate risk of fetal malformation by assessing hormone in blood( beta-HCG estimation, pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A)and ultrasound findings.
Proper management depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
