Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through your reports. The given semen analysis report is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about it. The sperm count and motility are with in normal range. Count and motility are the factors determining the fertility. They are normal and thus there won’t any problems regarding fertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
