What Does The Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Hello sir my husband having azoospermia problem and taking unani medicine for about 2 months long. after taking SA (semen analysis) the result shows nil sperm count and 10-15 pus cells and 5-10 rbcs/hpf. what it means? is there any chance that I made my husband a father of his own child? please answer my query. we are worried about our future.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your semen analysis indicates presence of infection.
Pus cells are present in semen due to infection.
The semen analysis should be repeated after treatment of infection.
If sperms are absent from semen even after treatment of infection, then the interpretation is finally that of azoospermia.
The chances of pregnancy are negligible after absence of sperms in semen.
You may consult an infertility expert for further investigations and thus management of issue of infertility.
