Hello, Ovary consists of small sacs filled with fluid. They secrete hormones that influence the menstrual cycle. Dominant follicle or leading follicle in the left ovary means this follicle is of larger size and it can mature to release egg. Since the follicle is maturing you should be connected to a gynecologist who can give treatment for the release of egg. You should be in natural contact with your spouse every alternate days. Infertility treatment is for both the partners and the couple should have patience as conception may take time. Get all investigations, blood and imaging tests done. You should stay away from anxiety and stressful lifestyle. If obese, do regular walking and maintain healthy weight. Take nutritious home made balanced food. Avoid junk spicy food, frozen food, packaged food, fast food, Chinese salt, soya sauce, papayas, unpasteurized cheese, trans fat, soda, alcohol, smoking, etc. Take care.
