Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
MRI without dye means MRI study without contrast. Contrast is necessary to identify infections/inflammation/tumors. In your case as it was injury, I think contrast was not required. It says there is high grade tear involving TFC (Triangular Fibro Cartilage). I doubt a high grade tear will heal on its own. You will need to do surgical reconstruction for it. Please consult a different orthopedician.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
