The levels of cholesterol, HDL and LDL in your blood are high.
Triglyceride levels are within the normal range.
I will advise you to make a few lifestyle changes first - avoid fried food and food that is high in fat content, incorporate exercise in your daily routine - an hour of brisk walking should be good.
Repeat the tests after 2-3 months.

If the levels remain high, I would advice starting with lipid lowering drugs such as Atrovastatin or Fenofibrates.

Please make the necessary changes in your lifestyle for now and do let me know if you have any more questions.

Good luck!
