My husband is suffering stomach pain (on and off) for 3 days now...the resvlt of his ultrasound was ."there are several, smal, intraluminal, mobile, shadowing calculi, 1of which measures 7mm.Several, nonshadowing echogenic polyps are seen adherent to the luminal walls, 1 of which measures 2mm in diameter.The common bile duct s undilated measuring 2mm in caliber...there s no free peritoneal fluid, bowel wall thickening or appreciale lymphadenopathy..no remarkable findings are discerned in kidneys, pancreas, spleen and visualized major abdominal vesels"...please enlighten us.did he needs abrupt surgery?
