What Treatment Is Advisable For Some Cystic Areas Within The Endometrial Canal?

The uterus is anteverted and measures 5.3 x 3.7 x 3.1 cm.       The endometrial echo stripe thickness measures 1.2 cm.  There are      some cystic areas within the endometrial canal.  There is also      increase the color Doppler flow.  The malignancy cannot be excluded.           The right ovary measures 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.4 cm.  The left ovary measured      2.2 x 1.6 x 1.4 cm.  There are some calcifications in the ovaries.       No evidence of other adnexal mass is identified.  There is no      evidence of free fluid in the cul-de-sac.           IMPRESSION:       1.  Normal size uterus with thickening of the endometrial stripe and      measures 1.2 cm.  There is a increased color Doppler flow.  There are      vague cystic areas in the endometrial canal.  Appearance raises the      possibility of a malignancy.  A clinical correlation and correlation      with the direct examination would be helpful.      2.  Normal ovaries.  No evidence of other adnexal mass.      3.  No evidence of free fluid in the cul-de-sac. what does this all mean urine biopsy was negative for cancer sent to gy oncologist and he took a second biopsy 6 days later

First of all, it looks like endometrial hyperplasia. You have to undergo endometrial biopsy followed by dilatation and curettage. Kindly let me know your age and pregnancy test report if any.
