What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

-My kidney ultrasound results are: Increase echogenicity of kidney bilaterally with mild cortical thinning of right Kidney. Two renal cysts of upper pole left Kidney at; 0.9x0.8x1cm and 0.5x0.5x0.6 cm -Urine/blood test: Trace of blood ;color DK yellow Spec Gravity- 1.030 Protein-30mg Potassium- 5.2 Glucose- 167 BUH-55 Creatinine- 2.34 DOES THIS SHOW KIDNEY DISEASE/FAILURE? WHAT STAGE? TREATMENT RECOMMEND?

The kidney cyst is a normal variant and does not indicates any serious health problems. No definite treatment is required either.
