General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here you are having hepatomegaly...
If it is idiopathic without any specific cause than no treatment needed

Consult physician for examination

Your work up done as follow....
-look for liver tenderness
-CBC
-liver function test like serum sgpt, sgot
-Peripheral smear examination along with reticulocyte count to rule out malaria and hemolysis if present

According to cause further specific treatment needed

Take care
