Radiologist, Interventional 's  Response
=The mildly enlarged fatty liver means there's excess fat deposition within the liver. This is a common finding in diabetes. Nothing serious to worry about. There's no medication for it, but control blood sugar, diet and weight.

= Mild splenomegaly maybe due infection, or maybe a normal finding (e.g taller people have larger spleen). This has to be correlated clinically.

= Bowel loops distension maybe due to indigestion and flatulence, or maybe a sign of intestinal obstruction, specially it was described as "gross". This as well has to be correlated clinically. If she passes stool or flatus regularly then serious obstruction is excluded.
If she has mild abdominal symptoms like flatulence, constipation or abdominal discomfort, diet control with sufficient fibers (e.g vegetables) intake is advised. Any over the counter digestive tablets can be used.
