What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Dr.My wife is 36 weeks pregnant now. We done term scan yesterday. Scan report says afi 19.8 and upper limit of normal.fetal spine is posterior. Placenta-anterior and left lateral. Weight-2.8kg +/_ 450gms. she is having lupus anticoagulant la1 and la2 to be positive.so have been taken ecospirin 75 from month 5 to 6. And taken fragmin 2500 injection from month 6 to till date. Now dr asked to stop all the medicines and shorts. What does it mean. Is the report says she s having polygohydraminous?

Hello,

Went through your post, the ECOSPRIN and shots cause excess bleeding at the time of delivery or surgery so they are stopped in last month because labor can start any time in last month.

However, it is recommended to start UFH 5000SC morning-evening in last month to prevent pregnancy loss why it was not started that you should talk to your doctor.
