Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is changes seen in the liver parenchyma with change in echo texture.
2.Rest of the report appears normal with no gross abnormalities detected.
3.There is associated as-cities abdominal free fluid - suggest possibilities of the liver pathology - in alcoholic conditions, liver inflammatory conditions.
4.The fluid also seen in association with kidney pathology - in both case the LFT and KFT needs for the correlation ( liver function test and kidney function test).
5.In case of alcoholic status - needs immediate stop to consumption of alcohol.

Good luck.
