General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have undergone through your semen analysis. You have low sperm volume (normal: 1.5-4 ml). If you have not did after 2-4 days of abstinence then repeat test.

Normal sperm count is: 20-150 million/ml, so you have low sperm count. You have normal motility and morphology. I would suggest to consult if repeat test will come abnormal and undergo semen culture, testosterone test, USG pelvis to rule out cause. Specific treatment depend on cause Tablet gonadil F, Co Q will help.

Eat healthy diet rich in protein with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Do regular exercise like walking, running, and yoga. Drink plenty of water and avoid stress.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
