What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?
Male aged 41 years married for 14 years now, was operated for varicocele. Sperm coubt is 15million consentration is 7million , motility 40% and morphology 98% ubnormal.
His wife aged 37 years , no children still.
Doctors advised for ivf icsi but success rate would be less due to the age and SA parameters.
Andrologist has advised for hormon injections + peternia xt tablets for 4 months and then go for ivf icsi.
Shall they go for the treatment and wait 6 months then if not conceived normally or then go for ivf icsi?

Your sperm count, motility, and morphology are in abnormal range. For that, serum testosterone and prolactin level should be checked.
Hormonal injection and vitamin and antioxidant containing tablet (that improve semen parameters) should be taken.
If can't concieve naturally in 4 month then go for mentioned assisted reproductive technology.
