General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Both ovaries show peripheral placed tiny cystic follicles with echogenic stroma - likely to represent polycystic morphology and needs further evaluation. PCOD is a prominent cause of infertility. Visit your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
