What Does The Following Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Report Suggest?

Indication:postmenopausal lady with long term dyspeptic symptoms on ppl use for about 1 year For assessment . Premedication:LIDOCAINE spray. Esophagus:normal mucosa is seen. OG junction:40 cms stomach: Fundus:normal mucosa is seen . There was no loss of gastric rugae and distensibility was maintained Body: normal mucosa is seen.there was no loss of gastric rugae and distensibility was maintained Antrum: mucosal nodularity and erosions were seen in antrum D1 Norma mucosa seen D2 normal mucosa seen
