General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Incomplete data like purpose of doing the chest x-ray, any associated symptoms or medical illness not mentioned. I can understand your concerns for your beloved mother. As per the given chest X-ray report, your mother seems to be suffering from tuberculosis until proved otherwise. I would recommend CBC, ESR, and sputum for acid fast bacilli to confirm the diagnosis. The treatment for tuberculosis should be given after the confirmation of the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
