What Does The Following Cervical MRI Report Suggest?

My cervical MRI shows widespread degeneration C3-4 disc osteophytic bar contacting the sac C4-5 a bar causing early cord flattening and narrowing of both exit foramen c5-6 asymmetric bar causing some cord flattening bilateral foraminal narrowing C6-7 bar flattening the sac and prob narrowing both exit foramen. there is no cord signal change. the craniocervical junction is normal/ Marrow is normal.
