General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The Hb and MCV may indicate that she has anemia, possible iron deficiency anemia, which can occur in pregnancy.

Iron supplements would be needed to help bring the levels up if the deficiency is confirmed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
