What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hie l m 24 my name is mercy l was done x-ray and it shows the results that there is heart enlarged, unfolding aorta and signs of atherosclerotic disease of the aorta.right now my left side abdomen and lower back are too painful which causes me difficult in walking,lying,sitting and standing.what it could be

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I believe that your pain is neuromuscular pain and this is not probably related to your heart finding. YOu should take nonsteroid painkillers and rest.
Your Xrays finding suggest that there is enlarged heart and atherosclerosis which is not usual for someone of your age. This is usually indicating prolonged arterial hypertension or certain heart disorders so it would be good to do heart sonography and ECG for a start and then see specialist since this would be normal for someone aged +60 but not for young people.
Lower back issue may be related to spondilitis or obesity or injury. As I said, it would be good to rest for some time and see if pain will worsen.
