Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello..I have gone through your question..First of all I would like to tell you that it is the patient and not the X ray which is important..It would have been better if you have told me what are your complaints. Do you have chronic cough, weight loss, loss of appetite etc..?
The important points regarding this xray is
1.The findings you have described in your xray can be a normal finding in a healthy immune person who was exposed to TB and had a good immune response which resulted in lymph node enlargement and subsequent calcification of the same.
2. Next important thing is the size of the nodules which you have not mentioned. If the nodules are of 3cm or more, discrete with associated symptoms in chest it requires constant follow up to know whether it is increasing in size.
3. The age of the patient is also important
So my advice to you is to take your xray to pulmonologist, so that direct clinical correlation can be made with the symptoms involved.
Thank you.
