What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Received a x ray report said that a 66 yrs old patient as a) bilateral lower zone moderate patchy opacities b) cardiac silhonette in not enlarge c) no obvious hilar masses. Family doctor said the lung cell is death. No further solution only give spray breath medication.

Yes, your doctor is right. There is no other treatment option for this, and this is not necessary since there is no lung infection and no lung tumor.
There are some changes that suggest chronic bronchitis so inhalatory medications can be taken but all in all this is not concerning finding and lungs seems to be fine. PAtient should avoid smoking if he smokes and be on fresh air. Also he should repeat xrays in 6 months. His heart shape looks fine as well by the way.
