What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

just got results of my fathers chest and hip xrays. it says he has mild scoliosis con vexity let. also heart size borderline as well as hyperaeration consistent with emphysema. in regard to the hip it stated mild vascular c my famyalcification/multiple calcifications associated with theprostate which are benignphleboliths. moderate sacroiliitis identified inferiorily. we were sent these results in the mail. can you describe what they mean please.my father is 89 and this is extremely important to us. thanks you for any assistance you can provide.

The finding of X-ray chest is scoliosis or excessive curvature of the vertebral column. There is emphysema of lungs. emphysema is a chronic obstructive disease of the lungs. There are calcifications in the prostate. There are inflammatory changes in the sacroiliac joint.
