General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

The given chest x-ray report is suggestive of some chronic infections like tuberculosis of the lung, either benign or malignant tumor.

The apicolordotic (apical lordotic) view visualizes diseases at the top of the lung better than the standard back to front view (PA view).

It looks for suspicious densities that could be the lesions from tuberculosis of the lung or either benign (tumor) or malignant (cancer) involving the apex (upper) portion of the lungs or adjoining structure in thorax.

Hope this answers your query.
