What Does The Following X-ray Report Of The Chest Indicate?

I have a 10 months old baby boy. He has fever last 3 days. Doctor suggest to xray in chest. Xray report as follows. Patch of inhomogenous soft tissue opacity noted in right lower zone in right para-cardiac regoion suggest p/o patch of consolidation in right lower zone likely. Please help.

Sorry for your child sufferings.
Your boys xray report is highly suggestive of,
Acute respiratory tract infection(pneumonia).

If he is still not in antibiotic medication then soon contact with an paediatrician for proper management.
Dont worry, all will ok, wish for him good health.
