General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The following things can be inferred based on the report you have furnished:
1. Beta-HCG levels are indicating to be high.
2. Urine pregnancy test is positive.
3. Ultrasound is showing a small cyst with thickened endometrium, which are positive signs concerned with pregnancy.

Since it is just about 2 weeks from the time you have missed your periods, it can be considered presently that you have conceived.

You need to confirm about its progress by getting the scan done after 2 weeks for appearance of yolk sac and by 7 weeks for the appearance of cardiac activity. If you are testing for beta-HCG levels in blood sample, it should double every 72 hours.

Kindly consult a gynecologist in this regard for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
