Hello,

Your pap smear test is absolutely normal. But there is mild inflammation (presence of polymorphs), for this, you have to take antibiotics to control the inflammation or infection. Metaplastic cells are normal, and they are not precancerous. For appropriate antibiotic and it's dosage please consult any gynecologist for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
