Welcome to Health care magic.

1.There is a disc in-between the vertebral bodies which contains good amount of water content, servers as s shock - absorber effect between the vertebral bodies.
2.Due to degenerative changes, excessive usage, weight bearing works - this discs slips, herniates, bulges due to reduced hydration / water content.
3.The bulged disc in your case at the level of T12-L1, ale L5-S1 seen causing pressure effect on the nerve which is passing through a foramen post-lateral position ( which are the reason for pain)
4.And at C4-5,C6-7,D10-D11,D11-12 the discs are seen slipped backwards and causing mass effect / pressure on the spinal chord.
5.In this case treatment will be initially tried with back exercises followed by the physiotherapy - lastly when no relief operative / interventional procedure is done. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
