What Does The Following HSG Test Report Suggest?

Hi, i carried out hsg test and the results are, cervical canal normal. Uterine cavity is of normal capacity. The contours are irregular. Both fallopian tubes are opacified. There is inadequate and loculated peritoneal spillage bilaterally. Conclusion. The above features are of bilateral peritubal/ perifimbrial adhesions. Will i ever be able to conceive naturally?

Hi I think you should go for a laparoscopy to confirm the findings of HSG. JAG is not accurate 100 percent. So, by laparoscopy you can confirm it and also if adhesions are there, it can be temp. If tubes become patent, you can conceive naturally. If not, you have to go for IVF. Hope it helps
