Hi I think your paps smear is normal except for a little infection which can be treated by antibiotics. I think you can go for a laparoscopy to confirm the findings of HSG because HSG is not accurate 100 percent. If block is in proximal portion, it can be corrected by cannulation. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
