What Does The Estrogen Level Of A 48-year-old Indicate?

Hello I am a family physician. I have a 48 year old Lady that her estrogen level is in the 700 to 800 level. Her Progesterone level and testosterone levels are normal FSH was 1 point above normal for the follicular phase. Pelvic ultrasound showed multiple fibroids and R ovary was not visualized L over a small follicular cyst. She has no breast cancer. What can cause the elevated estrogen level and how to remedy the problem?

It could be that the cyst is releasing estrogen. You should talk with your gynaecologist regarding that.
