What Does The Echo And TMT Test Report Indicate?

my ecg showed some abnormality and hence i was recommended echo and tmt test. my results are target hr-186, max hr-178 (95%), max sbp 130, max dbp-80, hrr-16, total exercise time-1.21, max METS-10.2, Max VO2-35.7. My doctor has remarked that good effort. negative for RMI. what does mean, is it normal.

In my opinion you should not worry at all fothisreport as ph is normal.
Your all parameters on stress test are normal.
There is no term like RMI in echo or stress test. I think you are talking about RMA. It is Regional wall Motion Abnormality. It is indicating infarcted wall and seen after heart attack.
No need to worry as your wall motions are normal.
So overall your stress and 2D Echo report is normal. No need to worry for this.
