Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Yes your semen analysis shows asthenozoospermia. According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of just 0.9 ml which is low & sperm concentration was 30.3 million per ml. So total sperm count was 27.3 million which is less. As per motility of sperms, 29.7% of sperms were progressive motile & 4.7% of sperms were non progressive motile. Therefore total mobility was just 34.4 % which is low. Presence of occasional red blood cell & white blood cells was not significant.
Therefore your semen analysis shows decreased sperm count with decreased motility of sperms known as asthenozoospermia. This should be reason of infertility problem you are facing. I would suggest you some remedies to improve sperm count & motility
- Decrease the stress level in daily routine. Have a light exercise like walking or cycling for half an hour daily.
- Avoid too much alcohol and caffeine.
- Eat lots of foods high in antioxidants (carotenes, vitamins A, C, E and selenium) such as green leafy vegetables, kale, carrots, citrus, broccoli, cauliflower and yams.
- Vitamin C & Zinc supplementation has been shown to increase testosterone levels, sperm count and sperm motility.
- Avoid exposure to chemicals- Exposure to DDT, dioxin, other pesticides, plastics and industrial pollutants can affect quality of sperm. These mimic the effects of estrogen & can affect fertility.
- Avoid steam bath & hot sauna bath. These could affect sperm production in testis
