Heart is normal in size and configuration, Diaghragms and suici are unremarkable, Bont thoracic cage is intact..
According to reports there are streaky infiltrates in both upper lobes more on the right side.It may be due to pneumonia or tuberculosis.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations. Firstly,complete course of broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed. Trachea is slightly deviated to the right. Both CP Angles are clear. Mediastinal shadows are also normal.
