According to reports there are streaky infiltrates in both upper lobes more on the right side.It may be due to pneumonia or tuberculosis.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Firstly,complete course of broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed.
Trachea is slightly deviated to the right.
Both CP Angles are clear.
Mediastinal shadows are also normal.
Cardiac size is within normal limit
