Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Small hypoechoic lesion in the posterior wall of the uterus is a small fibroid, which is a benign and common lesion in the uterus.
Small cystic areas with low level echoes in the right adenexa is most likely the cyst in the ovarian region.
The ovarian cyst can be haemorrhagic cyst, benign or malignant cyst. A detailed transvaginal ultrasound and Doppler study will confirm the nature of the cyst.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
