What Does The RBC Count In The Blood Test Report Suggest?

Hi,
I did review your concern. Your blood report is near normal, apart from mild decrease in hemoglobin indicative of anemia. Since your MCV is normal but MCH and MCHC is low, it can be thalassemia trait or iron deficiency anemia. Increased RDW SD goes more in favour of Iron deficiency anemia hence i would advice you to take iron pills for 1 month and again repeat the blood report to see for any improvement.
