Your blood count is indicating possible anemia (most probably sickle cell anemia). However, this should get further tested. Should rule out other pathologies like cardiovascular diseases, vitamin deficiency, or possible spherocytosis or thalassemia.
Better check it out with hematologist (blood disorder specialist).
