this shows some injury in your white mater of your brain. this indicates small strokes, and disorders related to multiple sclerosis (MS). (periventricular white matter) PWM are correlated with vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) deficiency. you may have history of smoking hyper tension or hyperlipidemia. you can prevent this progression by low consumption of fat. do regular exercise, yoga and pranayama. consume more healthy vegetable diet. take more garlic.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist Niraj Modi's  Response
Mri means magnetic resonance imagining. Here through magnetic rays they take picture of affected area or targeted area and it can shows damage related to soft tissue, ligaments, muscles as well also any blued collection etc. In your case you need to visit the neuro physician to have suggestion on medication. I must suggest to try to meet another neuro or MD in medicine doctor for medication advice. Also keep checking your blood pressure regally because most stroke cases happens due to high blood pressure.
If no one is available then at least keep taking your normal blood pressure medication on a regular basis but if there is second attack happens rush to hospital immediately. Here since we have not seen your report file can not suggest any medication. Take care.
