What Does Tenderness In The Breasts Along With Nausea Indicate?

Hi. I m 19 years old. About 3 weeks I ve been having sex almost everyday without protection and well my spouse knows exactly when to pull out before he cums and sometimes we use condoms. So I m pretty certain I m not pregnant. But I was supposed to get my period 5 days ago on Sunday. I ve gotten mild and sometimes harsh cramps and my breasts are tender and I ve been peeing a lot lately. I do feel nauseous sometimes and can t eat well. Why is this?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Would advise you to do a PET CT scan. For tenderness take Paracetamol tablets twice daily. For nausea Domperidone tablets can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
