What Does Swollen Glands In Brain On MRI Mean?

My great grandmother is 80 years old, She has a drinking problem. Recently she fell, since she lives alone and receive minor injuries. Today she was rushed to the Hospital, and said she was in pain and ect..The Doctors did an MRI and told her she had swollen glands located in/or on the top of her brain..Tell doc what could this mean please?

Swollen glands is not seen in brain. It could be a dilated ventricles (fluid filled cavities of brain). You can attach the full MRI report to make a conclusion in the follow-up query.
