What Does Swelling Between The Left Under Arm And Shoulder Blade Indicate?

I have a swollen area about the size of my hand between my left underarm and my shoulder blade. It is not painful at all. It is very soft and feels like there is a muscle or tendon in the middle. What could be causing this. I have had it for about 3 to 4 days

hi mam/sir,i can mention the probable causes of swelling here but for an accurate diagnosis,a doctor needs some more details like age, gender, any history of malignancy(cancer),trauma etc.
1)any lymph node swelling.
2)axillary lipoma(a benign tumor of fat cells)
3)any tumour of chest (lungs, soft tissues)
4)allergic reaction to deodarant or soap
5)last but not the least is breast lumps(either fibroadenoma or malignancy.)
6)even in males, breast cancer can have a similar picture.
hope my explanation signifies the importance of examination of swelling and other investigations by a specialist to arrive at a specific diagnosis.kindly do not neglect that its not painful.any further queries, please let me know.i'm happy to be of any help to you.thank you.take care.bye.
