Hello

Your chest X-ray findings suggests hazy opacities in apical area of right lung.
It may be due to infection/pneumonitis,tuberculosis etc.
You may need apicolordotic view of chest.
Apicolordotic view is a special view of chest X-ray to visualize apical region of lungs.
This view is necessary because apical region is covered by bony ribs, clavicle etc.Normal chest X-ray (PA)can miss the findings.

Empirically, firstly you may need broad spectrum antibiotics.
Tuberculosis should be excluded in non resolving infection.

Rest of the findings are normal.Heart, both CP angles, both domes of diaphragm, bony thorax are normal.

Take Care
