Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of pulling sensation in forehead, compression sensation in temples, nerve pain in the back of head, you are diabetic and are an occasional smoker, diagnosed as silent reflux. Wants to know more. From the history your have provided, your symptoms look to be due to the nerve compression at the cervical region with all the attendant problems you are facing and due to the silent reflux as you have mentioned. I would advise you the following: Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations accordingly so that a proper diagnosis and treatment can be done. Silent reflex means there are no symptoms of the reflux but the pathological changes are going on in the pharynx and throat. These can be detected only on upper GI Endoscopy.
