What Does Severe Pain In The Shoulder Blade Indicate?

I have a severe pain in my shoulder blade I did have shingles when I was younger I did get the shingle shot last year I do have fibramyalia but this pain it s like someone is stabbing me in the back and I feel like I m itching on my back .....when I had the shingles I had no rash just a line going down from the side of my right breast down my back same side I m having this pain

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are suffering from herpetic neuralgia. You should take tab Methylcobalamin and Gabapentin once a day. If the pain is not controlled by this then add tab Nortriptyline to it.
