What Does Severe Pain In The Neck Along With Dizziness Indicate?

I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP IN THE MORNINGS WITH A SEVERE NECK PAIN, BUT I CAN USUALLY GET IT TO SUBSIDE WITH MY NECK NESSAGER. IN ADDITION TO THIS, WHEN I AWAKEN, IF CAN REALLY GET DIZZY IF I AM NOT CAREFUL HOW I SIT UP WHEN I GET OUT OF BED. THIS USUALLY SUBSIDES AFTER A WHILE UNLESS I TILT MY HEAD QUICKLY BACK TO ADJUST MY SITTING POSITION IN MY RECLINER AND THAT PRESSURE ON THE BONE AT THE BASE OF MYSKULL CAN REALLY SET OFF THE DIZZINESS ALSO. I HAVE BEEN CHECKED FOR SINUS AND EAR INFECTION WHICH WERE BOTH NEGATVE. HOWEVER, THE AUDIOLOGIST SAYS I PROBABLY HAVE SOME DISLODGED CRYSTALS THAT GOT INTO THE WRONG TUBE IN MY INNER EAR.

Dear User,
it can be due to cervical spondylosis is extremely common disorder.It can cause neck pain,parasthesia and imbalance.You should have X Ray Cervical spine AP and lateral view.
