Hello,
As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your doctor [Ortho] and to know the exact cause do an MRI scan.
2) Discuss with your doctor [OTC painkiller like ibuprofen,
stool softener,
physiotherapy and if it is severed, then talk about corticosteroid injection].
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -
1) Try to reduce your body weight.
2) Sit in a correct position and to know if you can keep one book on the head and use a soft pillow while sitting.
3) Do [kneeling groin stretch] exercise regularly after sitting for a long time.
Tailbone pain has no relation to your
gallbladder and abdomen, so to know about it, do a clinical examination by your doctor [Gastro] and do few investigations like [Endoscopy,
ultrasound whole abdomen, and stool exam] Do take treatment as per clinical findings only.
