Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are having some stiffness or pain in your lower back then you should get the X-ray lumbar spine AP and lateral view for spine problem. Also get X-ray for cervical spine. Leg pain is radiculopathy called sciatica. You can take any neurotonic containing Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin. You should undergo exercises for sciatica as these are available on google.
