What Does Scan Result Mean?

I recently did a scan, the report are a normal sized anteverted non gravid uterus with homogenous echo pattern measuring 64mm in length and 43mm in thickness.

the endometrial plate appear normal
there is no exra uterine gestational sac seen
both ovaries appear normal.
there is no fluid in the pouch of DOUGLAS.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS IMPLIES, IF THIS WILL AFFECT FERTILITY IN ANY WAY OR CAUSE ANY COMPLICATIONS DURING PREGNANCY

Thanks for writing to us

According to reports you have absolutely normal findings.
Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
Both ovaries appears normal.
There is no free fluid in POD.
There are no signs of pregnancy at present.
So,your findings are normal and there shouldn't be any problem in pregnancy based on this report.
