What Does Red Tissue Like Vaginal Discharge Before Periods Indicate?

I passed two pieces of tissue that were red, but colorless. It s the first day of my period. They were a few inches long and almost looked membrane like. I have had miscarriages in the past, but I ve had my tubes tied for one year. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The tissue you saw could have been endometrial tissue shedded during the process of the period you are experiencing. Since you have your tubes tied, a miscarriage is unlikely

But if at all you experience any symptoms then you should report to your doctor for an elaborate evaluation.

Best wishes.
